The property is in a wonderful scenic location next to a river with pleasure craft passing placidly by: beautiful. The property is compact given the location, but this does not lessen the enjoyment. Beccles is a great location with great supermarkets and shops, while the locals are very friendly. The owner of the property is lovely as is the cakes that she left for us. There is a great bus service to several locations such as Norwich, Southwold and Diss: there is also a train station just a few minutes walk away. Our favourite trip was by bus to the outskirts of Norwich and then a brilliant walk there and back along the river that was so picturesque (and lovely cafe and sandwich shops nearby).We certainly would like to visit again next year.

Had a absolutely lovely relaxing week here. I would sit by the water while my husband was fishing X town is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely come back. Would feed the swans out of the front room window. X
