Beautiful setting beside river.Clean,comfortable and well equipped accommodation.Nice welcome gifts from lovely helpful owner.Car parking and within walking distance of Beccles.Good bus services.I gave overall rating four stars would have been five stars if more than one roll of toilet paper had been provided and extra towels as one bath towel and one hand towel each insufficient for a whole week

Beautiful holiday cottage everything you need is there, My husband and I are in our late seventies and I am on a walking stick ,but I found it very easy to ,get around inside and out and any problems the lovely lady host will sort it out immediately, milk cake crisps biscuits tea and coffee, are there, she could have done no more I would go back in a heartbeat if it’s peace and tranquility you want , this is it a little piece of heaven in Suffolk
