A beautiful place to stay on the edge of the river. Very helpful and friendly host. Perfect location….shops and amenities a few minutes walk away, lots of local walks, and beaches a short drive away.

Was OK, loads of cobwebs, and dust, walk down the path not suitable for person on walking stick. Car park bit tight due to work / builders in every day. Shower good, bed average. We have stayed in better

A very relaxing cottage, lovely views on the River. We had a week free of rain, but cool in evening and needed heating on. A good base for seeing the area, Southwold by local bus. Aldeburgh, Snape Marshes are also a must.Good Thai Restaurant in Beccles.
