Only 1 mile from an award-winning pub, this property is a haven in which to relax and unwind in. The quiet country lanes are ideal for walking and cycling, and property is ideally placed to explore the many delights of Norfolk and Suffolk. The market town of Beccles, with its river, pubs, restaurants, delightful shops and station, is just 3 miles. Lowestoft with its sandy beach and promenade, Oulton Broad with its Thursday night speed boat racing, Southwold, famous for its beer and summer theatre, Sutton Hoo (National Trust), Africa Alive and Fritton Countryworld are all within a short drive. The medieval city of Norwich, with its castle, cathedral and fine shopping, is 21 miles. Perfect for bird watching, the rspb Mimsmere is approximately 20 miles away. Beach 5 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

    Loved the outlook of sheep and squirrels and rabbits so peaceful plenty of car space bungalow was warm with the sun in the conservatory owners were freindly and made sure we had what we needed asked for a rail in the shower close to beccles and the shops

    Quiet location with sunsets and wildlife to enjoy.Location is good for visiting Beccles, Oulton Broad and Lowestoft to name a few.Would recommend.

    Peaceful location, newly born lambs to entertain us. Sun shone all week. Dogs, husband and I had a brilliant time. Lots of great walks and pubs for refreshment after - what more could we want?
