We had a lovey time here over the weekend. The kids enjoyed the playroom and toys and the kayaking. Having our own private dock on the river was brilliant. The house had so much space and was very comfortable for 8 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the double fridges, freezers and ovens and great big dining table.

Superb house with steep winding path down through the gardens to the riverside. Beautiful picture window in dining area where you can watch the birds flitting to and from the bird table. House is well equipped, good showers, three of the bedrooms have doors onto the balcony. Hot tub is lovely. We enjoyed a lovely walk by the river, kayaking, visiting Southwold, Walberswick and also Lowestoft for the Sunrise Film Festival, chocolate making at Harris and James factory and a trip to the Sainsbury Centre in Norwich, super sculpture garden and art gallery.

Just returned from a wonderful stay with our family of 9 adults 3 children and 1 baby. There is something for everyone from fun down by the river on kayaks provided and playroom in the big beautiful house for the little ones. Such a variety of toys and games to play with we really didn’t need to bring any of our own. Kitchen & bbq cooking facilities. Hot tub was great. 45 mins drive to Bewilderwood, Pettit Farm & Norwich Castle all well worth a visit. Lovely local pubs. Would definitely like to stay again!
