Derby's Loft in Beccles is highly praised for its spaciousness, comfort, and stunning marina views. Guests appreciate the proximity to the town centre and the friendly, helpful owner, Jim. While the property is generally well-regarded, a few guests suggest that a deeper clean and minor maintenance could enhance the experience.

Most guests find the loft clean and ready for their stay, indicating a high level of cleanliness. However, one review suggests the need for a 'deep clean' and some attention to the shower area, slightly lowering the score.

The location is consistently lauded for its lovely views over the marina and its convenience for walking into Beccles centre, as well as for exploring the surrounding area.

Guests describe the accommodation as very comfortable and roomy, with good quality furnishings and a comfortable bed, indicating a high level of comfort throughout their stay.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and modern. However, one review mentions the need for maintenance in the shower cubicle, suggesting that while facilities are generally good, there is room for improvement.

There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the owner, so it is not possible to assess this category.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Derby's Loft and once again it didn't disappoint. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable and everything you need is there. The views over the marina are brilliant, a perfect location, within walking distance from the town. The owner Jim, is always most helpful and very friendly too.

Derbys Loft is an amazing place to stay. Very comfortable and roomy, and everything there that you would need for your stay. I would like to say the owner Jim is the nicest man ever. I called the morning of our arrival to ask him to recommend a taxi as we stayed somewhere else the night before and he said he would pick us up himself. He went out of his way to get us. Could not ask for a nicer person or a better place to stay.
