Copper Cottage is praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and rural charm. Guests appreciate the warm welcome and the well-equipped kitchen. The location is ideal for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk, with Beccles nearby for amenities. Some guests missed Wi-Fi and found the furniture and bed comfort to be variable. The lack of Wi-Fi is seen as a minor issue by some who enjoyed the peaceful environment. Thoughtful touches like homemade banana cake added to the experience, although such gifts are not guaranteed.
Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of the cottage, describing it as clean and well-maintained, which indicates a high standard of cleanliness.
The rural setting is appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to local attractions, though some note it's a bit far for purchasing provisions. The location is generally seen as a positive aspect.
While the cottage is described as comfortable, some guests mention issues with the bed and living room furniture. However, the presence of a wood burner and the overall ambiance contribute to a comfortable stay.
The cottage is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, but some guests noted the absence of Wi-Fi and the bathroom facilities could be improved. Maintenance such as a fresh coat of paint was suggested.
The host's warm welcome and thoughtful gestures like homemade banana cake are highly appreciated. However, it's important to note that such personal touches, while delightful, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We had a great stay at the cottage it's well equipped so we just took our clothes and food, Beccles is a 10 minute car ride for supermarkets. The owner Heather and her family are good hosts allowing access to safe areas on the farm and explained what's going on 🙂The cottage is well located to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk. We will be going back for sure.

Comfortable and functional. The reason I’ve given 4* rather than 5* was down to the lack of WiFi. Had phone signal been better this wouldn’t have been such an issue. I do though totally accept that the cottage is in a rural location albeit not completely isolated which makes me wonder if WiFi was available. Bed was relatively comfortable but there were a few dodgy springs. Wood burner made for cosy evenings. On the whole a great base for our week in Norfolk & Suffolk and hearing the cattle mooing in the morning was a lovely way to wake up.
