Located right beside Butley Priory, the cottage is perfect for all seasons. With large windows providing pretty views throughout, it’s a memorable option for those seeking a romantic getaway or small family break.

The bright, cosy sitting room benefits from an open log fire, generous and comfortable seating, smart television and a wide selection of books to enjoy. The open plan kitchen/dining room has everything you’ll need to enjoy meals in, with seating for up to six, plus an armchair. The kitchen comprises a Smeg fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine in addition to all the necessary items.

To the first floor are a super-king (or twin option) with en-suite bathroom, and a king bedroom with en-suite shower room. This beautiful space offers a picture-perfect serene stay in glorious setting that you won’t ever want to leave.

There are two further properties available to book in the grounds of the Priory; Butley Priory (11 guests) and Butley Priory Farmhouse (24 guests).

Additional Information:

A refundable £300 security deposit is required for every booking.

One well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge applies).

Guests have full use of the South Garden, thatched summer house and tennis court throughout your stay.

The fires upstairs cannot be lit.

There is a large pond approximately 120 metres in the woodland from the house – please ensure children are supervised when outdoors.
