Friendly and helpful owner who provided a welcome pack. Nice property with beautiful garden with many types of birds. One issue was that the beds were noisy and not as comfortable as some places we have stayed. Sofa seats were too deep and low for us - may be better for people with longer legs. Easy access to interesting towns, villages and visitor attractions. You do need to travel for food shopping.
