Set in a quiet country location, just 1 mile from Framlingham (voted by Country Life Magazine as the best small town in the south of the country), this holiday property with step free access, attached to the owner’s home, has superb views across the fields from the sheltered terrace. The owner’s large garden, visible from the bedroom windows, is a joy, and is perfect for children. All the shops you need are in the town, plus a twice weekly market and lots of pubs and restaurants. It is handy for Aldeburgh with its varied concerts, Woodbridge’s picturesque river walks and Southwold’s sandy beaches and fascinating pier. There are walks from the door and easy going cycle lanes with little traffic. Minsmere offers the best in bird watching, with many rare species to spot. The cottage is in a central location for visiting Suffolk’s many other attractions. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable cottage. It's difficult to find anything to criticise. Gordon and Nicky were extremely helpful and welcoming.The decor and bathrooms are a little dated but otherwise everything was perfect for us.

Location quiet and peaceful yet 10 minutes from Framlingham. Cottage cosy but surprisingly spacious even for me as partly disabled. Gordon very welcoming and helpful. Regret didn't meet Niccy who I believe created the wonderful pictures that adorn every wall. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Lovely relaxing cottage with owners artwork displayed which was so nice to see. Can see why they were inspired by local surroundings. Nice courtyard garden with lovely views. Great hosts. Perfect location for exploring Suffolk. Thank you and would love to stay again.
