It was the perfect place to spend Christmas with all the family. We had young children and they loved spending time outside on their 'Santa' scooters and had their first experience of playing tennis. The owner was very helpful and we were able to get in early and he always replied to any questions we had. So many lovely places to visit we were spoilt for choice. All in all a great place to stay. I would suggest taking stair gates if you have young children maybe an extra wide one. We used furniture to block off access to the stairs for the toddlers. Thank you for helping us make special Christmas memories.

It was in great condition and clearly well looked after, was extremely comfortable and clean. Richard and his wife were lovely, came to check we had everything we needed and if there were any issues too. We would highly recommend a stay here!
