An excellent holiday stay property. My family and I were comfortable, warm and relaxed. The layout and facilities allowed for a very comfortable stay. Its position within the village is excellent too - and the garden a bonus.

Roof Tree is a lovely cottage situated centrally in the village just 5mins walk from the excellent Anchor Pub. Although the central heating radiators were very efficient, in cold weather you would need it running the whole time as the house is not well insulated and very draughty. The front room wood burner that we used uses a lot of wood that you can buy in bags from the local store in the village. The house and the garden are good for dogs.

Excellent location - loved that we could walk to the deli, Co-op, village pubs and the playground on the green. We had a lot of fun crabbing with the equipment available in the garage. Our two families with 4 young children (ranging from 4 months to 4yo) felt really at home and the kids had a lot of fun playing with the toys at the house. We had a really enjoyable stay and would look to return next summer!
