Kitchen/Dining Area: Stunning, contemporary space with views into the surrounding garden. White gloss table with playful coloured chairs and tiled flooring. The kitchen comprises of a Rangemaster oven and five ring induction hob, large fridge and separate large freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

Bedroom 3: Single day bed with optional pull-out bed, TV, DVD player, dresser with drawers, chest of drawers, hanging rail, window seat, door out onto garden decking.

Walberswick has over a thousand acres of open access heath and marshland, protected as an Area of Outstanding National Beauty. The rspb Bird Reserve at Minsmere is a short drive away and the seaside town of Southwold is within strolling distance along one of the many beautiful walks in and around Walberswick or the foot ferry that runs during the summer months. Within Walberswick there are tea rooms, restaurants, two public houses, an art gallery, original crafts and gift shops.
