Guests appreciate the spacious, well-equipped cottage, its beautiful grounds, and the surrounding wildlife. Ideal for dog owners, it provides a secluded getaway with a wood burning stove and underfloor heating for comfort. Guests consistently note the cottage's cleanliness, mentioning it is very clean with a lot of thought put into its presentation.

The location is praised for its beauty and seclusion, though it is noted that local amenities require driving. The proximity to the A12 is appreciated for convenience.

The cottage is described as comfortable, roomy, and warm, with a wood burning stove and underfloor heating. However, one guest suggested the double bed could be upgraded for additional comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with the property being well-equipped and maintained. The mention of a well-equipped kitchen and excellent shower room supports a high score.

The presence of a welcome gift is mentioned positively, though it should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this unique cottage situated just very conveniently off the A12. We found the cottage to be very clean, a lot of thought had gone into the vintage theme of the property it was very relaxing indeed. The cottage had a wide area to walk around, dog owners note there is a pond near to the property. A great property to holiday in thank you we had a fabulous time.

This beautiful cottage is situated in a very rural area, no local amenities but not a problem as we just call off and pick up supplies whilst we are out and about. The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, there's even a iron but really who would want to waste time ironing on holiday??. The grounds are amazing, the wildlife is wonderful to watch We would definitely return for another visit. If there's one thing I would say is if there could be ,some kind of sign putting up to let the guests know that there's a large pond (a few feet from the property)just through the bull rushes as it's quite overgrown and the pond is not visible from doors into the bedroom. Dogs could disappear into the water in seconds, small dogs would be in trouble. Thankyou
