The sitting area is furnished with plush sofas that you can kick your feet up on to watch a movie or take a relaxing nap. When the sun is shining, open up the patio door to the garden and let the dogs and children run around whilst you sip on an ice-cold beverage in the heat. When the evening winds down, get some shut-eye in one of the two nicely-presented double bedrooms complete with plush bedding, then get ready to face the day after a refreshing shower the next morning. Saxmundham is a small market town located on the River Fromus, in the heart of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The town is well serviced with a Waitrose, Tesco, independent shops, local museum, and a train station, as well as art galleries, a weekly market and a farmers’ market. Situated so close to the coast, Saxmundham is a great base for a seaside holiday; within easy reach of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, as well as Dunwich, Southwold and Walberswick, you could enjoy a different coastal location each day. Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops. South of the town there is the well known tourist destination of Sutton Hoo, an ancient Royal Anglo-Saxon burial site.
