It is off the beaten track with no through traffic and comprises pretty cottages grouped around the green and overlooked by the church - it is one of Suffolk's best kept secrets.

The owners have Rare Breed sheep, Borerays, grazing in a field nearby to the cottages at Rose Farm Barn. Guests are asked to be aware of their proximity and must keep their dogs on a lead if going for a walk around the three fields which the two cottages overlook.

Good location and a nice overall property. Good points were - nice big comfy bed. Log burner, Sky Channels. Good quality varied welcome hamper.

The property is in a good location with easy parking and good access for elderly .

The sofa and the bed were very worn out. The bed in particular was an issue as it actually broke during our stay and on investigation you could see it had Lalready been badly repaired. The maintenance men sent by Suffolk stays agreed it was substandard and needed replacing.
