Byron Cottage sits on a quiet street in Leiston but only a few minutes walk from all of the amenities including a cinema, shops and the leisure centre making it a great place to stay. The cottage is well equipped for a family stay and provides spacious accommodation along with both a front and back garden which are enclosed for your four legged friend. Besides the comfy sitting room with an electric living flame fire, there is a dining area to seat six with the adjoining kitchen and bi-fold doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen is well equipped and provides all the touches to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Upstairs the main bedroom has a super-king size bed (which can also be set as two single beds) while the two single rooms have 3' single beds.

As part of the character of the cottage the stairs are steep but there is a hand rail.

One well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).

With 6'6 super-king size bed. This can be made up as two 3' single beds on request.

With 3' single bed.

With 3' single bed.

Outside:

Enclosed garden to both the front and rear of the cottage with patio area to the rear. Garden furniture for four.

On street parking or public car park off the High Street with 3 minute walk to the cottage.
