The cottage is very small indeed but the space well utilised. However there are quite a lot of locked cupboards - if they could be freed up that would be a significant improvement. Once of the kitchen sink plugs did not seal. No free cupboard space in the kitchen for food storage apart from the fridge, there is far too much crockery etc for the maximum guests to use which could go to create some space. The bathroom radiator should be on a separate control so can heat towels when the central heating is not being used. The bathroom pebble effect flooring is very grey compared to the same on the walls, which was rather off putting. The instructions regarding dustbins did not match the configuration of bins on site - at all - a voicemail to the owners was not answered so we put some rubbish where we hoped was OK and took the rest home with us. Despite all this we really liked the cottage and had a lovely holiday. A car parking space across the road was a big plus.

Despite bitter weather (minus 2degrees centigrade) the cottage coped admirably and was very cozy. The location was very good for the beach, town and local super markets. Easy drive to places such as Southwold and Snape Maltings. The main bedroom was stunning with a handy on suite toilet. I am not sure of the second bedroom as the huge bunk beds dominated the space and I would imagine even smaller children would struggle to access these beds. Nice open fire but upon arrival, there was no way to light it as there was no provision of kindling and we were only left four logs to burn. We were left a welcome pack which was a nice touch but the milk was four days out of date! The stairs are very steep which could put people off but we did not find them a problem. All-in-all we had an excellent stay-Thank you.
