Guests say

Lavenham Red Brick Cottage is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and central location in the picturesque village of Lavenham. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the property's suitability for small groups and families, though it may be less ideal for larger parties of adults. The charming atmosphere and proximity to local attractions add to the enjoyable experience, despite minor feedback on towel softness and curtain thickness.

The cottage is consistently described as spotlessly clean, indicating high standards of cleanliness maintained by the owners.

The central location within Lavenham and the convenience of having attractions within walking distance are highlighted, suggesting an excellent location score.

Comfort is generally praised, with mentions of comfortable beds and furnishings. However, one review mentioned hard towels, slightly impacting the comfort score.

Facilities are described as well-equipped for a self-catering holiday, but the dining space is noted to be limited for more than two adults, which affects the score.

While the reviews reflect positive experiences, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches by the owners, so this category cannot be scored.

Having an injury before we went found stairs hard work. But if mobile would be different. Would love to come back. The only thing we found towels were very hard. So if they could have softer towels would be wonderful. Lavenham it's a beautiful place to visit. Loved the church iit is amazing.

Not really a cottage for three adults - two adults, or a couple/couple with a baby. Only space for two adults to eat at the table. It was good for us as two single adults on a walking holiday in the area.
