Entering via the back door, the light filled kitchen opens onto the walled south facing patio through large glass doors, creating an easy flow for slow breakfasts and sunny mornings. A separate formal dining room with seating for six is ideal for celebratory meals, while the spacious sitting room with reclining sofas, open fire and television invites you to curl up and enjoy a quiet evening. A ground floor wet room adds convenience. Upstairs, the property sleeps up to five guests across three well appointed bedrooms. Lovely property with everything you could ever need. The boys particularly loved Hollow Trees Farm (and we liked the bake at home croissants). Bradfield Nature Reserve is lovely for a walk but get there early as the car park is tiny.
