Snaptrip says

Orchard Barn is highly praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality from the hosts, Rachael and Paul. Guests consistently mention the delightful hot tub and the property's peaceful surroundings. The thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs and proactive communication, contribute to a memorable stay. While the sofa bed comfort was criticised, the overall experience is cherished, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests frequently commend the property for its spotless condition and high standards of cleanliness, with many reviews highlighting this aspect positively. There is a single mention of dust and cobwebs, but this appears to be an isolated comment amidst overwhelming praise.

The property's location is celebrated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions and walks in the Peak District. The rural setting provides a peaceful retreat, though a car is necessary for travel. The nearby pub and accessibility to towns like Stone add to the location's appeal.

The majority of guests find the barn cosy and the beds comfortable, with special mentions of the luxurious bed linen. However, there are a few remarks about the sofa bed being uncomfortable, which slightly lowers the overall comfort score.

Facilities such as the hot tub, open fire, and well-equipped kitchen receive high praise. The garden and underfloor heating are also appreciated. There are minor comments about the lack of mirrors and a non-fully enclosed garden for dogs, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with guests appreciating welcome gifts like Prosecco and breakfast items. While these gestures are highly valued, it is politely noted that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Cottage was just like the pictures. Log burner easy to use every night. Used the lovely hot tub a couple of times, again really simple instructions. The double bedroom - what can I say, the bedding was so comfortable and snuggly didn’t want to leave and had it all to myself! Lovely bottle of Prosecco on ice and 4 cupcakes (and milk) upon arrival was a lovely gesture. A really relaxing week’s break in a beautifully done cottage.
