Stepping outside, you and your partner will be delighted to find a modest patio area where a spot of alfresco dining can be enjoyed as you catch the final glimpses of sunshine one evening. If you don’t feel like cooking however, a short stroll into the town centre will bring you to a number of amenities including pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops for picking up the essentials. To keep you busy whilst here, spend some time discovering the local history by visiting the National Trust property of Stourhead or immerse yourself in wildlife by spending the day at Longleat safari park. Alternatively, venture slightly further afield to the Somerset and Dorset coasts or explore the famous landmark of Stonehenge. About 45 minute drive would take you to Wells with it's beautiful cathedral to enjoy.
