Lovely home from home, clean and tidy, some things needed some tlc and not exactly what we expected, the pictures were rather misleading. Close to a main road which was tricky getting into the lane, and difficult walking a dog last thing at night in the dark. Good though that we did NOT hear the road from inside the house. There were lots of little details that were great but equally things that we also needed and had to purchase. Stairs up to first floor are narrow, but those up to the top bedroom slightly easier. We did enjoy our stay. Thank you

We booked this to go to Longleat safari park which was only a 15 min drive. So perfect for that. However, it’s right on an extremely busy road on which my husband walking to the shop down road got clipped by a speeding car. So if young children would avoid. The bins were crawling with magets 🤢. So no idea when they were last emptied. The house itself wasn’t dirty but it was a bit grubby. Sofa and chair very uncomfortable and Wi-Fi was rubbish. If we had been staying for more than 2 nights we would of complained but as it was only 2 night stay and we have 2 very autistic children who cannot cope with strangers.
