Enjoy countryside walks straight from the surrounding area, with routes towards the historic village of Lacock and the picturesque Spye Park countryside. Nearby Derry Hill has a village pub and local shop, while the towns of Calne, Chippenham and Devizes offer a wider choice of shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities.

A highlight of any stay is nearby Bowood House and Gardens, where you can explore the historic house, Capability Brown parkland, arboretum, gardens and lake. Families will also love its extensive adventure playground.
