The property is suitable for large groups, including families with children and pets, and is conveniently located for exploring local attractions.

Most guests found The Barn to be clean and comfortable, though a few mentioned areas that could benefit from a deeper clean, such as under beds and around the living room ceiling fan. The majority of feedback, however, did not raise significant concerns about cleanliness.

The Barn's location is highly praised for its peaceful setting and proximity to local attractions, including National Trust properties and countryside walks. Its convenient location just off the M4 is also appreciated by guests.

Guests consistently report that The Barn is comfortable, with a warm central log burner and cosy bedrooms. The open-plan layout and various areas for relaxation contribute to the overall comfort. However, some guests noted that certain beds could be more comfortable and that additional bathrooms would enhance the experience.

The Barn is well-equipped for large groups, with a well-stocked kitchen and ample social space. However, some guests noted that the bathroom facilities are limited for the size of the property, and there were comments about the need for updates to some appliances and the shower pressure.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident in their warm welcome and responsiveness to guests' needs. Several reviews mention the hosts providing farm tours, homemade food, and even a birthday treat. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, while common, are not guaranteed.

The hosts were very helpful. The main living area was excellent but some of the bedrooms were a bit cramped and the kitchen was lacking some items.

With 7 grandchildren aged between 1 and 10, having chickens, ducks peacocks and rabbits so close to the house was a fantastic bonus! The house itself was incredibly warm and the layout of the open living space was just great . Jane and David made sure we were all settled and then were close by if we needed to ask anything. There’s a great kids playground nearby in Kington Langley - a short walk across country for some of us but only a 4 minute drive for those that prefer. The kitchen was very amply equipped for a large group - with plenty of cups and glasses . All in all, a great place to spend a weekend.

The place was beautiful and perfect for us all. There was plenty of space for everyone in the sitting area and in the dining area. Would recommend.
