Paignton Beach, complete with its famous pier, is within a 10-minute walk, as is the town centre where you will find many restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Goodrington Beach and Young’s Park are also easily accessible, home to crazy golf, bumper boats, water park and a steam train station.

What a lovely place to stay everything you could wish for of a holiday let . Outside area with table and chairs is a good space to have. Dirve way is steep but good to get cars off road as on road parking is limted . Handy for sea frount and main high street but walk back to the house is up hill so if you have a partner who is not good at going up hills like us we caught a taxi from the high street back to the house. Would recomend this holiday let nice sea veiw out of master bed room a very good place to stay .

A lovely four night break. The accommodation is in a residential area and the off road parking was very welcome as every day the road was full of vehicles. The driveway is on a slope and steps up to the property, not a problem for us though. We had everything we needed for self catering and it was all easy to operate. One thing for us to know maybe a note somewhere, what to do with rubbish at the end of our stay. We found the beds comfortable and it was quiet at night. we were met by the owner who showed us how to operate the important appliances. We did not eat out so can`t reccomend anywhere. We did use the local buses, the ferries and visit two different steam railways. We would use this property again if we were to visit the area.

Nice place to stay the owner staid next door she was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was well placed for Paignton harbour for elderly people the walking back can be hard but my and my wife just about managed we are in are 70s the house was clean with most utensils in the kitchen the settings were a bit hard to get out of bit low down otherwise it was lovely to stay there.
