Gas central heating and electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). 1 small dog welcome, at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Renovated in 2020, Shoreline is a one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment situated in the heart of Goodrington. Goodrington Beach is a short walk away, and a twenty-minute walk takes you to Paignton Beach. The famous harbour town of Brixham can be reached by car. This lovely apartment is ideal for a couple to escape and enjoy the South Devon coast.

On entering the property, there is a pleasant entrance porch/conservatory area with seating. There is a main open-plan living space complete with a 40" Smart TV and well-equipped kitchen area. From the main living area, there is a partitioned wall which leads you into the bedroom, where you will find a luxurious zip-and-link super kingsize bed, which can be made into twin beds if you prefer, as well as a Smart TV.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower enclosure with a rainfall shower head and a lovely slipper bath. Outside there is an enclosed garden, with a small decking area and patio furniture solely for the use of Shoreline guests. There is private parking at the front of the property for one car. This is a fantastic location with the beach, local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Being close to the South West Coastal Path, this is also great for walkers too.

    We have just got back from a weeks stay at Shoreline. This perfectly place little apartment which is simply well equipped, has all you need for your breaking not to mention the host Gill went out of her way to sort a minor issue we had with the heating (think we acted to quick as we were just a little nesh)The beach is no more than a 4 minute walk away with the most beautiful views! With a little cafe to grab a coffee.A spar and takeaways are within walking distance and there is even a pub over the road! We would highly recommend.

    This was the most disappointing holiday accommodation we have experienced. The accommodation was not clean, we have video and pictorial evidence which we will be putting on line. It was too small for two people with insufficient storage for clothes and suit cases. It was NOT dog friendly at all, there was no security for our dog and access to the road was not gated and there were holes in perimeter fencing. There was to be a laundry change mid way through the holiday, IT DID NOT HAPPEN!! The sink in the bathroom is a toilet sink not big enough to wash your face. On arrival to the location there was no response to our phone complaints. They did not respond to our calls and not one representative bothered to investigate or visit us to understand the conditions. The second door into the accommodation would NOT SHUT we felt this was a risk as this door is meant to isolate the conservatory from the main building.
