Woodland Glade 24 is a modern and spacious two-bedroom lodge in a peaceful, tree-lined corner of Hoburne Devon Bay, about half a mile from Goodrington Sands.

The open-plan living space has a lounge with an electric stove-effect fire and smart TV, a dining table for four and a fitted kitchen with an island, range cooker, dishwasher and Belfast sink. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over. The second bedroom has two single beds, with a separate shower room next door. There is also a utility area with a washing machine.

Outside, private glass-panelled decking wraps around the lodge with an outdoor dining set. Accessibility: a ramp leads from the path to the front door. There is parking for two cars beside the lodge.

Park membership passes are included, giving access to Hoburne's shared facilities while they are open, including indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, the Pier House restaurant, kids' clubs and evening entertainment. Opening times vary and some activities carry an extra charge.

Park rules and good to know: the park is closed from 7 January to 6 February. Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Children welcome from age 3. Sorry, no pets. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests must follow Hoburne's park rules, including quiet hours and speed limits on site.
