The welcome pack excellent, Needs a deep clean in cupboards, bathroom,and bed duvet had blood stains.All utensils for cooking were available,Photography gives the impression of bigger rooms.Maintenance need on gutters,weeds growing out of them,and windows require cleaning

A lovely property with excellent sea views. The sunrise over the bay was stunning each morning during our stay. Upon arrival the welcome pack was much appreciated and everything was clean and comfortable. We had a great week, our 4 and 7 year old loved walking down to Goodrington beach, the park and over the hill into Paignton. Paignton zoo and Waves swimming pool in Torquay are only a short drive away. All in all and excellent February half term break.
