The Apartment was very well presented, the rooms comfortable, clean and homely. Everything we needed to self cater was available. Our Apartment had sea views which made the holiday for us. The outside space was small but adequate with outside seating provided. We would definitely go again and recommend this place to our friends.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Access to the beach is through a secure gate in the car park, so just a minutes walk away, although this is a dog beach but there are other beaches nearby. The apartment is well equipped and ideally located for beaches, shops train and bus station with quite steep hills around so good mobility is needed, but this is no different to most places in Devon. The small patio area gets the sun throughout the morning and into the afternoon. We did need to give the patio furniture a good wash when we arrived as it was quite dirty not only with bird droppings but it was green in parts. We enjoyed staying in the apartment and would not hesitate staying again. Thank you.
