Swallows Barn is a semi detached barn conversion joined with its sister property, Swift Barn in the vibrant town of Brixham in county Devon. This property has a contemporary feel with a large open-plan living space presenting luxurious furnishings for a restful stay. You will be welcomed by an impressive countryside backdrop with glorious green pastures and calm surroundings. Sit and relax on a lazy afternoon and sink into the plush sofa while you soak up the peaceful, surrounding tranquility and should you feel a chill on a winters' evening, light the woodburner and get cosy by the fire. As well as the open-plan living area, the ground floor also offers a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room of a quality finish. On the first floor are two large bedrooms with luxurious super king-size beds complete with en-suite bathroom and shower room. Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region.

Property extremely well equiped, I would say probably the best we have stayed in, beds and lounge furniture very comfortable. Above all else very clean and well presented.. Great location, whilst in a very quiet village, in easy reach of supermarkets, local attractions and resorts. Have no hesitation in recommending this property and I am sure we will return.

If possible a rounded mirror when exiting the premises to prevent a accident from on coming vehicles, for safety. We all enjoyed staying in the Barn and God willing we shall return next year.
