We spent a wonderful week yet again in an apartment at the Moorings Reach complex in Brixham. As expected the apartment was wonderful with everything we could possibly want. Spotlessly clean, and the little extras made us feel at home. Amazing views.

This is an outstanding holiday property and ease of access is remarkable from arrival and collecting the keys to departure - nothing could be more straightforward. Booking from Blue Chip website is easy and communication is very quick. The property itself is situated on the third floor and is accessed via stairs or lift which is especially suited to our disabilities. We have been holidaying in this apartment since 2004 and it has changed very little from that day to this. The cleanliness of the apartment is out of this world and is a delight to see; it's like walking into your own home. This must be all due to the attention to detail of the Property Manager, Rosemarie Larkin and her team: in a word it is superb. The view from the balcony overlooks the marina and there is always some activity to see even if the weather is inclement. We can thoroughly recommend Blue Chip Holidays and this property wholeheartedly.
