Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking for one small/medium car in the garage 50 yards from the house. No smoking.. As you enter Seagulls View through the front door, you find yourself on the ground floor with a shower room immediately to your left, very handy for hosing down after a long day soaking up the sun at the nearby beach. The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one of which is a zip and link twin bedroom which can be configured as single beds or as a kingsize bed. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with French doors leading out onto the lovely rear patio garden with table and chair seating. The third bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe storage.
Making your way up to the first floor you find yourself in the open plan living space, with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and corner sofa seating as well as easy chair, DVD player and Smart TV, this is a great social space. The views are also beautiful, looking out over Brixham and out to sea. The family bathroom with bath and shower is on the first floor also. The property benefits from a single garage for a small/ medium car, a great bonus for a property in Brixham. Being just outside of the centre of town but still within walking distance means the property is not directly situated within the hustle and bustle of the town centre itself. Whatever your reason for visiting Brixham, Seagulls View is a great place to base yourself from.

Excellent property lovely location and great break. Only slight negative property details state 1 parking space outside property but was occupied for whole of the stay and garage too small for most cars. Other than that great place.

Seagulls View is in a good location in Brixham with views over Brixham harbour from the rear. Short walk down plenty of steps which there are many in Brixham down to the harbour & central town location. The house is a upside down arrangement with the bedrooms on the entry floor. The house was clean & tidy with all the equipment you would need including child gates if required. The only downside of Seaguls view is parking as its in a residential area parking is a premium as in all Brixham. There is a garage, however depending on your vehicle it may be not convenient. I would recommend Seagulls view as a good location to visit Torbay & surrounding areas.
