A traditional fisherman's cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham's picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious lounge on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.
The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and wifi. It is situated at the top of a small flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.
Due to the steep stairs at this property may be unsuitable for people with walking difficulties or children under 5

...location minutes from pubs and restaurants. Not suitable for people with mobility problems as the stairs are very tiny and steep, but you eventually get use to draging yourself up each flight of stairs. Heating control simple but we found that the top floor lounge got very warm and the kitchen not so. Please don't get me wrong we had a fantastic stay in this quirky cottage and will return again. I'm trying to be honest and fair and let future holiday makers aware of the downside, overall a super little cottage. Submitted by Fred and Beverley on 28/12/2016
