Nice bungalow everything you need for your vacation well equipped, handy 10 minute walk to town & harbour, certainly revisit again and communication with Isabel prior to your vacation.

Lovely holiday home. Had everything we needed. A short walk into brixham, with loads of places close by to visit. Bed was very comfortable.Would recommend and would definitely visit again

On arrival there were no toilet rolls so had to go out and buy some. One of the radiators in main double bedroom had no valve cap and could not be turned on. The towels could do with being updated. No toiletries were provided. The lounge ok but the sofa was hard and could not be sat on and the blanket smelt of dogs. The front bedroom with twin beds had a faulty window, the window blinds kept falling apart and had to be fitted back together, the toilet seat came loose and had to be tightened up. The conservatory window. Frames require regrouting and new frames, the washing machine easy to operate. The accommodation is in need of TLC and could be made nice, the kitchen was modernised with plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. Surroundings were pleasant , the neighbours could be heard in the semi next door as bedrooms were onto bedrooms but they were generally quiet. Good location for Brixham town centre and harbour, good off road parking with the driveway.
