Internally the property is furnished to a high standard and boasts plenty of entertainment options including a 40" TV, Blu-ray player, internet access and a selection of DVDs and board games. Externally the property offers a large garden with outdoor furniture.
Landfall is in an ideal location only 15 minutes’ downhill walk from the bustling harbour and town centre, which is full of traditional pubs, shops and cafés. For those looking to relax and enjoy the stunning natural beauty in the area, Battery Gardens is a five minute walk away and offers some of the best panoramic sea views in Torbay. Here you can join the coastal path that will take you to some beautiful beaches such as Fishcombe Cove, Elberry Cove and Broadsands Beach.
Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay. Being based in Brixham means that you are well within easy reach of the Bay’s attractions, these include Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark, Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern.

The bungalow was easy to find and spotlessly clean generally. However its lack of the personal touch lost marks on several aspects. The driveway is very unkempt and weedy, the bushes (and the garden) need attention and the driveway is not wide enough for modern cars. The gates were old and rustyThere are three access doors to the property, all with steep steps but only one with a handrail, this is a health and safety issue The information pack and some of the leaflets are years out of date and the folder contents scruffy, The Wi-Fi code was incorrect and we needed to find the router to access the correct one. There was just one toilet roll in each toilet for the whole week, no spares.. no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. In the kitchen there was no kitchen roll and it would have been nice if there was salt and pepper and a small roll of cling film or foil. The laundry basket was broken and held together with tape. The microwave door was broken in the corner. General equipment in the kitchen was adequate.There was bird poo on the net curtain in the lounge. TV in the lounge was old and channels limited. The biggest issue we had on the first night was an infestation of ants. They were all over the hallway, climbing up the basin in the bathroom and in our bed on two nights. We contacted the number we had and were sent 4 ant traps which dealt with the problem. In summary we would not recommend this property for anyone needing assistance as the steps are very steep. In addition anyone with a normal sized car would have great difficulty parking on the drive and would need to bring the passenger side right up to the bushes to allow the driver to get out. Anyone booking Landfall, please take a kitchen roll, salt, pepper, tin foil and spare toilet rolls

Lovely bungalow. Easy access to beautiful BrixhamOnly issue is the shower over very high sided bath ok for us but not for people with mobility issues. Should be on the details

We were very impressed with the space, facilities and cleanliness' of the property. It is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We appreciated the Welcome Boxes that were left for our use. It was a steady 15 mins walk down to Brixham, which is a beautiful place, but a 20+ min walk back up the hill to Landfall. This we didn't mind as we had plenty of time and enjoyed the views. We are planning to return to Landfall again.
