Step inside and you’ll find two welcoming living spaces, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Brixham’s bustling harbour, coastal paths and beaches. The first lounge offers comfortable seating for four set around a recently installed wood burner, creating a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. A Smart television and a vintage record player with a selection of records add to the cottage’s character and charm.

The second lounge and dining space provides additional room to unwind, with a large four-seater sofa, two armchairs, a Smart television and a gas fireplace. A charming dining alcove with seating for up to seven guests offers the perfect setting for family meals, board games or planning the next day’s adventures along the English Riviera.

To the rear of the cottage, the well-equipped galley kitchen is thoughtfully designed for home cooking, featuring a gas hob and oven, smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Guests will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee grinder, milk frother and a full range of utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals using fresh local produce.
