Now we have to say, we think you’re going to struggle to peel your gaze from the views while you’re relaxing at Harbourside, because they’re beautiful. This first-floor apartment makes the perfect vantage point to enjoy sea views from every window across Brixham’s harbour, and you’ll be able to watch the boats bobbing on the water with those coloured fisherman’s cottages in the background.
The open plan living space means you have plenty of space to cosy up and enjoy the TV after a long walk along the nearby South West Coastal Path, and you’ll find everything you need to cook up a feast if you stock up on local produce on the high street. When it comes to bedtime, the master bedroom and twin beds in the second room make the apartment a lovely choice for a family break in South Devon, and you’ll be just a short stroll from the harbourside, Breakwater Beach and the cobbled town centre.
With the feel of a traditional fishing town, Brixham’s a friendly resort in Torbay. Fishing and golf are available nearby. For those walks, you’ll find some gorgeous stretches of the South West Coastal Path to wander, as well as Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. During the summer, ferries whisk passengers across the bay, to palm-lined Torquay, so you’ll be able to explore the bay and its attractions during your stay.

Very nice flat with great views - well equipped and very clean BUT for anyone who has even modest difficulty walking it is not for them. Access to the Harbour is down a good number of steep steps and frankly becomes a real chore. It is far from easy to drop off - down a very narrow road with no space to turn around AND is not easy to find - photo of the outside of the building would help. Parking nearby is virtually non-existent. Not suitable for kids as some flats have permanent residents who make it clear they are sensitive to noise! I understand this is a working harbour but did not expect bouncers outside a harbour front bar on a Saturday night! The high street (in keeping with lots of others) is clearly in decline - the faint smell of weed is never far away! Finally - took the bus to Newton Abbot - best part - bus back - it is a dump!

Good location and great views. Light, bright and airy main room. Local restaurants all good and lots of fresh fish; locals very friendly. We had an enjoyable week and liked the apartment. However:For health and safety, we would have liked a non slip bath mat; for convenience we could have done with a second set of keys, and in terms of equipment, it wasn't bad but kitchen scissors would have been a great help.There needs to be more clarity about what to do with recycling, we were asked to take it down however many steps to non existent council recycling bins by the harbour. There was also some out of date information on the wall about who to contact if there was a problem; I tried one of the numbers to report a dripping tap, but got no acknowledgement.

An absolutely fantastic place to have a holiday, the flat is modern, clean and has everything your could possibly want.The only difficulty was finding it on the first day, as the roads in Brixham are winding and all look like one and other.If we return to Brixham next year, will definitely be trying to book here again, it was perfect!
