No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps from the decked terrace to the garden.. Green View is a fabulously pleasant, ground floor annexe situated in Churston Ferrers, just outside of the famous fishing town of Brixham. Attached to the owners’ main home, there is a separate entrance which leads you into the kitchen/dining room. There is a large, modern shower room just down the hall and a zip and link twin or kingsize bedroom. The living room also doubles up as a bedroom area with a kingsize bed, seating area and a TV. From here, patio doors lead onto a small, raised decked terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying an early morning cup of coffee. There is driveway parking for three cars at the property, but also additional on road parking if needed.
The area of Churston Ferrers is well regarded and known for being so close to its very popular golf course. The 18-hole course has stunning views of the Torbay coast and is just a half mile walk or ¾ mile drive. The property is also only a half mile walk or 1 mile drive to Churston station, which is on the Dartmouth Heritage Steam Railway. The steam train can even often be seen from the rear garden.
The fantastic Elberry Cove or Broadsands beaches are both equidistant at ½ mile away. The infamous fishing/harbour town of Brixham is only 2¼ miles up the road, where fresh fish restaurants are in abundance as well as the famous Golden Hind Museum Ship, which is permanently docked up for tourists to visit. If visiting around May time, Brixham also holds its annual pirate festival, which is full of activities and dressing up. A great day out for the whole family!

This is our second visit to Green View and it will not be our last.Very friendly owners who do not interfere with your visit but are at hand if any help is needed. The best welcome pack that we have ever received, which an awful lot.of thought is put into selecting the produce. Everything you need to have a fabulous self catering holiday especially in the kitchen. The owners take so much care so that you receive a very clean comfortable accommodation with all the amenities you would need. The secluded small private patio even has three types of garden chairs to sit in different areas and comfort.A beautiful peaceful spot but a very short drive into Brixham or Paignton. Sainsbury's Asda Llydl Morrisons and Aldi a short drive away. All I can say is Thank you to the owners for a lovely time and I would definitely recommend this gorgeous little bungalow A**.Suzanne & John.

Such a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. The bungalow was immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything that you could need giving a very comfortable home from home feeling. The welcome pack was such a lovely thought with everything to start you off and so much more. The location is in a very quiet cul de sac and a short drive from lots of lovely places. There is a bus stop 5 or 10 minutes walk away if you don't want to use the car. Listening to the steam train pass the bottom of the garden added to the holiday and the use of our own little patio area was lovely to enjoy the nice weather we had. Thank you for an very relaxing, enjoyable stay.
