For those colder days, curl up on the 6-seater sofa in front of the electric fire and enjoy a good book.

Brixham’s harbour and town centre is a short distance away and full of seafood restaurants and pubs, so if you don’t feel like cooking, you will find plenty of places to eat. Boats can take you over to the bustling resort of Torquay, where you can find lots to keep the whole family entertained.

Very comfortable & well equipped cottage. The only thing that let it down was being right beside the road so a bit noisy all day & night. We had a very nice stay. Able to walk to the harbour as well.A general comment about Brixham was the all the dog poo on the pavement - disgusting.

A wonderful welcome with a bottle of wine, buck fizz, chocolates, biscuits and milk in the fridge. The information pack tells you everything you need to know about the cottage and area. Super comfortable cottage that has everything you need, including Sky and Apple TV. Great WiFi and snug for the kids to enjoy the Xbox. Would definitely stay again.

Had an incredible Christmas at Gemstone cottage with my wife and children. The cottage was spotless and welcoming. Lovely little touches such as fresh milk and welcome pack was a fabulous homely touch, as it was much needed after long journey. My teens were able to spend time with us as a family as well as using the space above bedroom to relax and chill. The Christmas decorations made such a difference as we were ready to snuggle down and enjoy our time together. Can and will highly recommend the place.
