Dunlin is set on The Cove development, a unique collection of properties nestled in the South Devon countryside above Fishcombe Cove.
Dunlin enjoys excellent views across Battery Park and out to sea. The Cove is located above Fishcombe Cove near Brixham, a popular spot sheltered from the winds.
The apartment occupies an elevated position overlooking the wooded parkland to the east and is in a fabulous situation to enjoy the warming rays of the rising sun each morning. The signature full width decked balcony can be accessed from the living area and the main bedroom and is a wonderful vantage point from which to take in the beautiful surroundings. The windows to the rear pick up the light later in the day, as the rays descend over the National Trust woodlands nearby. It’s the perfect place to get closer to nature and enjoy time out.
Open up the patio doors and wander from the inside to the outside of the property effortlessly, and enjoy the peace and quiet by relaxing with a book or taking in all the action at sea. There’s always something going on in the area, as this is a much loved sheltered haven favoured by water sports enthusiasts and fishermen alike.
The Cove is a 10-minute stroll along the South West Coast Path from the shops, restaurants and harbour of Brixham. Further walks in the area are right on your doorstep, towards Torquay or Dartmouth wonderful for all.

The apartment is modern with very comfortable beds and was generally clean. The towels provided weren't great and one of the duvet covers had a large black stain on it. The location is great and the views from the apartment are fantastic. The kids loved the pool. The bar on the next door site could get a bit noisy in the evenings but generally it was quiet and peaceful during the day. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would return.

Had a lovely holiday, would definitely book again if we decide to come back to Brixham. The property is well equipped, amazing views and is generally kept clean and tidy. It could do with some tlc, all the doors and windows need a good brush inside and out as there are lots of cobwebs and the fridge could do with a deeper clean. Just minor points in an otherwise fantastic stay.

A very nice apartment in a wonderful location with great views of the sea and the nearby Battery Park. Very peaceful with considerable birdsong.My only mild negative is the 4' 6" double bed but I doubt a 5' bed would fit in the room.We spent two weeks in Dunlin 4 and were sad to leave - we may return!
