Really nice and comfortable apartment and would definitely stay again, however it was very cold when we arrived and it would have benefited from the cleaners or someone putting the heating on as it took a good day to warm up properly. Lots to do in and around Brixham over the New Year and the apartment is a good base to explore from.

We stayed here for a week in September. Apartment was average, could do with a deep clean as dusty and cobwebs in places. The bed was uncomfortable, the sides of the mattresses were sunk so constantly felt like you were going to fall out. The balcony is great, very spacious with dining table and sun loungers, however only gets the sun in the morning, by early afternoon it was completely in shade, could be different in summer. Apartment is on a nice holiday complex which felt safe and an easy 15 walk down the coastal path into Brixham town.
