Boasting gorgeous coastal views at every turn, this beautiful retreat on Brixham Harbour sleeps four people over two bedrooms and is the ideal accommodation option for small families or groups of friends in search of the perfect break on the Devon coast. Watch the fishing boats sail out to sea as you sip your morning coffee on one of the property’s three balconies, and spend cosy evenings sampling the local seafood in Brixham’s charming eateries.

Step inside and head up the first flight of stairs to find a beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Slip onto a sofa and take a moment to appreciate the beautiful sea views. When it’s time to eat, make your way to the chic kitchen and rustle up some dinner for your loved ones. Get everyone together to eat in the dining area, or head out onto the balcony and dine alfresco – the harbour views are wonderful. After dinner, treat yourself to a glass of wine on the balcony or retire to the sofa in the living room to chill out in front of the TV. When the day is done, you’ll find one stylish bedroom on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Both feature French doors that open out onto private balconies.

Spend happy hours exploring the quaint shops, cafes and restaurants of Brixham, or head to the harbour and hop on a boat trip - you may be lucky enough to spot dolphins. Pack up a picnic and head to Breakwater Beach (8.5 miles), or take a stroll through Berry Head Nature Reserve (1.5 miles). Take some time out to spot porpoises, seals and sharks from the vantage points beside its iconic lighthouse and Napoleonic fort. Alternatively, head into Paignton (6 miles) and hire a kayak or try your hand at coasteering.
