The renowned working harbour of Brixham is just a 2-minute stroll away and provides numerous opportunities for fishing and boating excursions. Also within 100 yards is the town centre with plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants allowing you to savour freshly caught seafood throughout the year.

Breakwater Beach is within 0.5 miles away, while Fishcombe Beach and St Mary's Bay are both within 2 miles, fantastic places to spend long days in the sunshine. Effortlessly explore the nearby coast by immersing yourself onto the South West Coast Path and take a leisurely walk to attractions such as Berryhead National Nature Reserve, or explore further afield to neighbouring towns of Paignton or Dartmouth, both within 6 miles.

Enter this traditional 200 year old cottage and kick off your shoes and to your right is the lounge area, boasting a Smart TV and warming wood burner with comfortable seating. Situated in the corner is a dining table for four guests which can be extended to provide extra space if required. To the rear of the cottage, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of worktop space, great for prepping some fresh produce.

Moving upstairs to the first floor, directly in front of you is a useful space with the potential to make into another sleeping space for young children or a travel cot. Adjacent is the family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC.

Across the hall is a double bedroom featuring an original feature fireplace and harbour sea views from the comfort of your bed. Steep cottage-style stairs to the final floor is a spacious zip and link king-size (which can be presented as a twin upon request). with a Smart TV and also boasting harbour views.

Outside, to the rear, you’ll find a courtyard with a bistro set, great for some alfresco dining or to unwind on the hanging egg chair with views down to the town. A dedicated, free parking space is included in your stay. 2 dogs welcome at the property
