This beautiful fisherman s cottage is situated in the charming town of Brixham, nestled within the English Riviera. It s conveniently located just a short 0.2 mile stroll away from the town's picturesque harbour offering local shops, cafes, and restaurants. For those more active seekers, enjoy a boat tour of Torbay, wonder at the captivating replica of Sir Francis Drake s legendary ship or explore the nearby coastal paths with stunning views. Breakwater Beach is 0.3 miles from your doorstep and offers a great day out for snorkelling, sunbathing or paddleboarding. Slightly further afield the popular towns of Torquay and Paignton offer multiple sandy beaches, a captivating zoo (6 miles), Splashdown Quaywest water park (5 miles), or you could hop onboard the nearby steam railway and meander through the scenic Dart Valley (3 miles). Enter this lovely cottage, kick off your shoes in the porch area and to your right is the lounge area. With a Smart TV and comfy sofa you can unwind around the warming wood burner on the chillier nights. Down the hall to your right is the downstairs family bathroom, with a gorgeous free standing roll top bath, separate shower and WC. To the rear of the downstairs area is the kitchen/diner space. With a small step up into the main kitchen area, you ll find everything you need in this fully equipped space, and adjacent is the dining table with seating for all guests and a great place to entertain. Climb the cottage style staircase and to your left is a twin bedroom with plenty of storage space and grand comfy beds. Down the hall and completing the property is the master super king bedroom with sea views from the window, and there is also a lovely vanity area with hairdryers in both rooms. Outside to the front, there is a deck with sea views and an al fresco dining space with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the evening sunshine. To the rear is a second seating area with a table and chairs. Both are accessed via steep steps.
