...children age 7-12, and dogs. Lovely property, clean,spacious and sea views are amazing. Living room has amazing views over the sea straight across the bay to Torquay. Kitchen was superbly stocked with everything you could possibly want. Bedroom were all good sizes, main bedroom has amazing views out to the sea as well. The bedroom downstairs is like a suite all by itself, my boys grabbed that room and loved it. Garden is amazing, sitting outside watching the ships, sunset or the steam train going past on the coast. ...property was ideally located with a breath taking view across the sea and Torquay. There was a bus stop at the top of the road with buses every 10 minutes throughout the day. We spent New Years Eve watching an array of fireworks which was a bonus. On arrival there was a welcome pack of basics and also a large hamper, underneath the Christmas tree in the lounge, full of festive goodies. The property was immaculate throughout with beds made on arrival. Extra bedding and towels were all available for our use. The kitchen was very well equipped. We spent a very enjoyable 4 day break here and our only complaint was that we had to leave to return home. We would definately recommend this property and hope to return again very soon.
