The cottage location provides the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area that has to offer. A well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner, complete with electric oven and ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, TV and all the necessities that are needed to run a modern kitchen, complete with table seating for four. The family bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a spacious large shower cubicle, integrated washbasin, integrated toilet with the benefit of an additional toilet on the top floor next to the bedrooms.
On the first floor is the lounge, which has a new galleried glass balcony with seating and views over the harbour and Tor Bay. A perfect place where you can relax in the afternoon or evening sunshine, new Fibre broadband a Smart TV, some games/books and with plenty of seating. The double bedroom on the top floor has views of the harbour, also features a comfortable double bed, hand basin, hanging cupboard and additional with electric towel rail for towel drying in the summer. Aug 2026. Just come back from a lovely stay at Captains Haven, very comfortable cottage with great views across the harbour.Very nice to have parking, but large cars would struggle.Hoping to come back again next year.

Second time at this cottageGood location right in centre of the harbour area Reasonably well equipped and comfortable A few stairs to climb that is the nature of the building A busy harbour area with lots of shops restaurants and pubs Unloading and loading on arrival is quite energetic but manageable Car parking very useful if a bit tight Don’t bring your big S U V it may not fit Average size car no problem Would recommend unless you have mobility problems 9 out of 10 for us
