This light and spacious property has a lovely front terrace perfect to sit and relax; on the ground floor, you will find the open plan dining/living area with stunning views of the harbour as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are a king-size bedroom with stunning views plus a second bedroom with bunk beds and an additional single bedroom positioned partitioned off looking out up the cliff . On the second floor, you will find a third king-size bedroom with seating area and en-suite bathroom.

Open plan dining/lounge area: Lounge area with a range of seating, indoor electric fireplace and TV. The dining area has a table with four chairs, spectacular views overlooking the harbour.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, French press coffee maker.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2: King size bed, bedside table with lamp and seating area with spectacular views.

Bedroom 3: With bunk beds, additional single bed and ample storage space.

Family bathroom: Bath with over shower, W.C., hand basin and towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR

Master Bedroom:King size bed, bedside table with lamp, dressing table and Smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower, W.C. and hand basin. Stunning views from the window.

Garden & Parking Private Patio to the front with stunning sea and harbour views and outdoor seating. Free street parking or paid parking off premises available nearby.

Pets Welcome : 2 pets allowed, £60 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask kindly that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Power and Heat: Central heating throughout the property.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).
