You’re surrounded by local shops, cafes and restaurants also close to explore Brixham harbour, coastal paths and less than half a mile from the beach to enjoy a stroll or a picnic.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Devon County Show.

Take the steps up to the entrance of this beautiful first floor apartment; upon entering you will be greeted by the fabulous lounge/diner, this well-furnished lounge area allows you to sit back and relax and watch your favourite programme on the TV whilst the fireplace crackles in the background. Bedroom 1: Light and airy bedroom with a king-size bed. Plenty of storage space, including a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.

Bedroom 2: Freshly renovated twin bedroom (beds may be zip and linked to form 6' super king bed) and ample storage.

Bathroom: Newly renovated bathroom with a over-bath shower and heated towel rail.

GARDEN AND PARKING: No outside space. A parking permit is available for one car for the duration of the stay.
