Situated by the wonderful harbour town of Brixham is this brand new development of superior holiday apartments, with breath taking sea views. A relaxing place to stay located overlooking Fishcombe Cove with magnificent views and direct access to the secluded beach. "The Cove" is also situated next to the South West Coastal Path and is about 10 to 15 minutes walk in to the charming harbour town of Brixham which is well known for its local seafood, quaint independent shops, cafes and award winning restaurants. The coastal path is in the opposite direction and leads through to the National Trust woodlands. Battery Gardens is also nearby which is a joy to behold, alternatively you can explore the South West Coastal Path. If you prefer water activities, you can swim, paddle a kayak or go fishing in Fishcombe Cove, directly below your apartment. Look out for the seals basking in the sunshine in the Cove.

Sandpiper 2 is a modern first floor 2 bedroom apartment perfect for families, friends and walkers with a private sunny balcony that extends the full width of this stunning property from which to enjoy the breath taking sea views over Fishcombe Cove and out across the Bay. The apartment has a double and twin bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area, all with stunning sea views leading out to the private balcony. A selection of outdoor rattan furniture is also available for you to relax in. Guests also have the use of an outdoor heated swimming pool. There is a shop, cafe and bar a short walk away.

Please be aware the swimming pool is closed from September - May for the winter.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
