It has one king-size bedroom and one double bedroom with a separate family bathroom and WC. Outside has extensive private grounds with streams and grassed areas with barbecue facilities.

It is a remote location on northern Exmoor and is only a few minutes from a well-stocked village shop. For the experienced walkers, there are well known landmarks such as Dunkery Beacon and the valleys of Exe and Barle.

The medieval village of Dunster is only six miles away with its 11th century castle and not to forget the old Yarn Market with various stores, pubs and restaurants.

The largest herd of wild red deer in England and Exmoor’s unique wild ponies roam the moors just above and around Exford, as they have done since the time of the Domesday Book.
