Accommodation
Please note, whilst there is no kitchen at this property, breakfast is served for you in the conservatory or on the terrace beneath the pergola. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided (a kettle, mugs ,etc along with a selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Fresh milk is provided in thermos jugs. Wine can be chilled by the owner, on request. A fridge is available in the store room for your use
Wireless internet is available for guests to use in the studio, patio and conservatory
A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Garden Studio has central heating which will be programmed for you but can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Dog towels are always available.
One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Garden Studio. Lois and Roger were so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was faultless, comfortable bed, superbly clean, fantastic shower and Lois had left treats for the dogs and Easter eggs for us. Having the freedom to use the Pavilion, Conservatory.... We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Garden Studio. Lois and Roger were so welcoming and friendly. Having the freedom to use the Pavilion, Conservatory and garden was amazing. The garden is beautiful with superb views of the moors and the sea. Minehead is a short 20 min stroll with footpaths to both the town and the moor close by. Lois and Roger were attentive hosts and Lois cooks the best breakfast with such a wide selection of choice, the compote made from the fruit from the garden was delicious. The hosts were very dog friendly and welcomed our two Labradors like their own. Thank you Lois and Roger, we will be back.

Lois and Roger were perfect hosts, really welcoming with a wealth of information about the local area. We had freedom of the pavilion and large garden, with view to the sea. The accommodation was light and airy, very quiet, had delightful views, the bathroom was spotless, with very comfortable bed .... The breakfast was perfect with range of croissants, toast and homemade jams, homemade granola and berry compote, full English breakfast and limitless teas. Delicious and kept us going all day! Cannot recommend highly enough.
