Perfect for families or small walking groups, Ruffles Cottage in Dunster dates back to the mid 19th Century and retains a wealth of period features and charm. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable lounge in front of the wood burner stove or in the pretty courtyard garden with seating provided for al fresco dining. The property offers glimpses of Dunster Castle and there are plenty of scenic walks available right from the door. As the cottage is pet friendly, the family dog can even come along too. Short breaks of three or four nights may be available and the property is ideal for relaxing breaks to the Somerset coast throughout the year.

The accommodation at Ruffles Cottage includes a well equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fridge, freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and a range of small appliances. For your entertainment, a TV, DVD player, books, games, DVDs and Wi-Fi service are all provided. The bedrooms are presented as one double and one twin and share use of an upstairs bathroom with shower. Ironing facilities, a hair dryer and family facilities including a travel cot, high chair and stair gate are all provided. To the exterior, there is free on road parking and a storage facility for bikes, canoes, etc.

Utility charges are included in your rental price and we supply bed linen, house towels and duvets for your stay. Please bring beach towels if you require them. A maximum of two dogs are welcome by arrangement at an additional charge of £25 each. Please do not allow them on the furniture and they are not to be left alone in the cottage. We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, salt, herbs, cleaning materials and two toilet rolls. The check in time for the property is after 4pm and departure time is by 10am. A further shared garden is available for guests of the cottage.
